Please go through the below terms and conditions carefully:

1. The stream link will be shared 30 minutes prior to the show on the same Email ID through which booking was made. Please note that it has to be a Gmail ID with which you access your YouTube account since livestream will be accessible on the same Gmail ID only. Please check all your Gmail inboxes for the link.

2. Please log in 10 minutes before the showtime to be able to view the full live concert.

3. Recording or Uploading of the show/stream is strictly prohibited.

4. Use of headphones/hi-end speaker system is recommended to enjoy the concert.

5. The time and date of the show may vary due to Internet/electrical connectivity issues. In this case, the artist will share the revised date and time at the earliest.

6. Please ensure the working of your internet connection prior to the show. In case your individual connection is not optimal, we would not be responsible.

7. No refunds on purchased ticket are possible even in case of any rescheduling. The ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once bought.

8. One ticket includes access given to only one screen to view the live stream.
